Orphans & Widows

When one parent is gone, our youngest are left devastated — the entire family is shaken, and daily life does not simply carry on. When all the weight falls on one parent who must serve as both father and mother — providing warm meals to the home is truly a lifeline that saves souls and uplifts the family.

Welfare Cases

We all know those neighbors who struggle behind closed doors,
where circumstances have turned their world upside down.
Whether a family member is ill, experiencing emotional hardship, or simply unable to function as usual — the burdens of life, trauma, we cannot stand
by and let children go hungry. With just a little homemade love,

Mourning Families

When a family sits in grief and sorrow — we are there with warm meals, quiet partnership, and support for the family during the most difficult time. Warm food and nourishment, given as a gentle comfort to ease the burden in this impossible moment.

Shiva Meals for Orphans

When joy turns to sudden grief and a parent is no longer there to celebrate and rejoice with the family — we step in to ease the burden and take part gently, preparing Shabbat blessings for orphaned brides and grooms, and providing a joyous Bar Mitzvah celebration for young ones.

Challah Distribution

Every week, in partnership with Angel Bakery,
we distribute hundreds of fresh challahs
to families with many children —
to lighten the load and help with Shabbat and holiday expenses.

New Mothers

Children are joy and blessing, yet it can also be an incredibly challenging time for a family with many children — where the household needs to keep running. We help bridge the gap with strength and health, providing meals for new mothers for up to two weeks after birth, including Shabbat meal preparation.

The power of a warm meal, and partnership in the small things.
